Matt Power is Aveo’s Group Sustainability Manager having joined in January 2022 to develop and realise Aveo’s vision to become most sustainable retirement living provider globally. Prior to joining Aveo, Matt has occupied lead sustainability roles in major commercial, public and not for profit organisations such as the Department of Humans Services, Westpac, TAFE NSW and Jones Lang LaSalle. With over 20 years experience, Matt is well versed in all aspects of sustainability having directly delivered major energy, renewables, and emissions reduction programs, natural resource efficiency solutions, as well as an extensive background in social program development and delivery. Matt has a master’s in environmental management from UNSW and qualifications in environmental auditing.
