Nathan has worked in the Retirement Living business for nine years and has more than 25 years of experience in financial and operational roles. Prior to being appointed CEO of Keyton, he was the Executive General Manager Finance for six and a half years, where he oversaw the finance operations and new developments of 76 Retirement Villages across Australia.
Nathan has a deep passion, knowledge and expertise of the retirement sector and thrives on the positive energy Keyton inspires in its residents and staff.
Prior to retirement living, Nathan spent 12 years at GE Capital (Australia and New Zealand), working across several finance and operational roles including the Finance Controller of GE Capital and the Head of Business Operations where he was responsible for all back-office functions, business analytics & Project Management Office.
Nathan has a Bachelor of Economics (Majoring in Accounting) from the Monash University and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
